How do I share workspaces with my team mates?

Learning how to invite new members to a project or the workspace.

Adding new members to a workspace is easy. Simply log in to your workspace and click the ‘Share’ button. This will open a modal where you can enter the email addresses of the participants you want to invite to collaborate.  If needed, you can assign users to multiple projects at once by selecting the project names in the provided edit box.

The invited users will receive an email with a link to ‘Accept the Invite.’ Once they accept, the workspace will appear under their ‘Shared Workspaces’ tab.
